All Seasons Golf Design + Build is a father-son construction team that built and runs Kansas City's five-bay indoor golf facility — and now builds custom golf simulator rooms for homes and businesses across Missouri.
We're not a simulator company that learned construction on the side. We're a Kansas City construction company, 30 years deep, that specializes in golf simulators. That order is the whole difference — and it's why your room still looks right three years later.

The Story
How a golf club became a build company.
Dwayne has been building in Kansas City since 1995 — a framing operation through the 1990s housing boom, then light land development, spec homes, custom homes, and the high-end remodels and finish carpentry he does today. Thirty years of building rooms in KC homes, with a carpenter's standard for how the trim should sit and the screen should hang.
Bryan took a different road — he built and sold three local home-service businesses before this one, and learned how a service company actually has to run: show up when you say, price it honestly, answer the phone. He understands operations and local customers the way only an operator does.
A few years ago they decided to build something together. They opened All Seasons Indoor Golf Club in south Kansas City — five simulator bays, open to the public, framed and finished in-house, with trusted specialty trades brought in only where licensed work called for it. The club worked. And customers kept asking the same question: could you build one of these in my basement?
So they did. And then another, and another. All Seasons Golf Design + Build is the company that grew out of those first basement builds — construction first, simulators second, the same way we run every job: Goal. Budget. Design. Build.
