Commercial Golf Simulator Installation.

Most simulator companies have never operated what they sell. We built our own five-bay facility and run it every day — so we design the space, not just install the sim.

A commercial golf simulator installation lives or dies on things an installer never has to think about: how the building flows when every bay turns over at once, what golfers actually want out of a session, what wears out under daily public use and why. We know those answers because we live them — we built and operate All Seasons Indoor Golf Club, a five-bay public facility in south Kansas City. Whether your simulator is there to make money or to keep members happy, the build has to be designed by someone who's run the room, not just wired it. Goal, budget, design, build.

  • Built and run by operators — we own and run a five-bay commercial facility, not just install them
  • Designed for daily traffic — flow, throughput, durability, and uptime planned in
  • Built for revenue or amenity — we design to whichever the business needs

Why an Operator Builds It Better

A sim installer knows how to build a sim. We know how to design the space.

Have you ever watched five bays turn over at the same time? We have — every busy night. That's where a commercial build is won or lost, and it's invisible to a company that's only ever installed equipment and driven away. We know how the building flows, what screen golfers are actually looking for out of a session, what items break and why, and how to protect against that in the build before it costs you uptime. We run a membership, we take in feedback constantly, and we're always tweaking our own building as issues come up. That's not a sales pitch — it's a punch list we've lived.

We've already made the mistakes on our own building, so you don't have to make them on yours.

A residential build spec'd for a business

  • Home-grade materials that wear out fast under daily public swings
  • No thought to flow, throughput, or what happens when every bay is full
  • No maintenance access designed in — every repair becomes downtime, and downtime is lost revenue

Built by operators, for daily use

  • Commercial-grade durability where the wear actually happens
  • Space designed for flow and turnover, because we run it ourselves
  • Known failure points protected and accessible, so a fix doesn't shut a bay down

The residential-spec mistake — a home build worn out by commercial use

Here's the honest part: there's a lot we'd do differently on our own build now, and most of it isn't visible to an inexperienced eye. That hard-won list — the stuff you only learn by operating — is exactly what we bring to yours. We're happy to pass it down as part of a full build, or as consulting if that's all you're after.

What's Included

What a commercial build includes.

A commercial build is a space-design problem first and an equipment problem second. Here's what's included.

01

Space & flow design

We design the room around how it'll actually be used — bay count and spacing, sightlines, throughput, the path people take through the building, and what the room needs to feel like for the golfer. This is the part we learned by running our own facility, not by reading a spec sheet.

02

Commercial-grade build & durability

Built for daily public use, not a weekend at home — materials and finishes chosen where the wear actually happens, with the known failure points protected and made accessible. We self-perform the construction craft and manage the licensed trades for the rest.

03

Equipment, chosen for the use case

We install every major brand — Uneekor, Trackman, ProTee VX, Apogee, Foresight, and Mevo+ — matched to how the space earns its keep, whether that's revenue per bay-hour or member satisfaction. Commercial use changes which gear actually holds up, and we know which.

Install, calibration & operating handoff

We install and calibrate the system, then hand off what we've learned about running one — uptime, maintenance, and the operational details that keep bays earning. Want only the simulator inside a space you're building? That works too.

Different commercial spaces need different things — and we have a page for each: a country club or pro shop amenity, a bar or restaurant revenue build, or a full indoor golf facility buildout . This page is the overview; those go deep on each.

We Run One Ourselves

The only simulator company in Kansas City that operates its own five-bay facility.

This is the difference that matters, so we'll be direct about it: we don't just build commercial simulators, we run one. All Seasons Indoor Golf Club is our five-bay public facility in south Kansas City, designed and built by this team and open every day. Every lesson on this page — flow, durability, what golfers want, what breaks — comes from operating it, not from theory. Visit the club's site and see the real thing.

Underneath the operating knowledge is thirty years of construction. The father has run custom-home and high-end finish work in Kansas City since 1995, and we self-perform the framing and finish craft while managing the trusted licensed trades (electrical, HVAC) the rest takes — one team accountable for the whole build. We build across the Kansas City metro , Columbia, and the Lake of the Ozarks.

And we'll meet you wherever you are. Want the full build? Want us to consult on flow and durability while your own team executes? Want just the simulator inside a space you're already building? All fine. If your project is a specific kind — a club, a bar, a standalone facility — the vertical pages go deeper; this is the place to start the conversation.

What It Costs

There's no honest way to put a price on a commercial build from a web page — a two-bay bar and a ten-bay facility aren't the same project.

What we can do is be straight about what drives the number, then quote yours to its actual scope.

What shapes a commercial quote

  • Bay count and layout — the single biggest driver, and where flow design earns its keep
  • Use case — a revenue venue, a member amenity, and a standalone business each build differently
  • Our involvement — full design-and-build, build only, or consulting on flow and durability
  • Equipment — entry to top-tier, chosen for how the space earns, not for brand prestige
  • The space you're starting with — raw shell, existing building, or new construction

Tell us what you're building and how you want us involved, and we'll scope it honestly. We're happy to help anyone with their project.

The Showroom Is a Working Facility

Don't just see our work — see it operating.

This is the rare showroom that's also live proof. All Seasons Indoor Golf Club isn't a staged display; it's a working five-bay facility doing exactly what your commercial space might. Come see how the bays flow, how the room handles real traffic, how it's held up under daily use — and ask us what we'd change. That conversation alone is worth the visit.

  • See a real commercial facility operating, not a staged demo
  • Watch how flow and turnover actually work across multiple bays
  • Ask us, on site, what we'd do differently — and why

FAQ

Commercial build questions.

01

What makes a commercial golf simulator build different from a home one?

+

Daily traffic changes everything. A commercial build has to handle constant public use — durability where the wear happens, flow for multiple bays turning over at once, maintenance access so a repair doesn't mean downtime, and equipment that holds up commercially. A home build never faces any of that.

The biggest mistake we see is a residential-grade build dropped into a business, where it wears out in a season. We design for the use the space will actually get.

02

Have you actually run a commercial golf facility, or just built them?

+

We run one. All Seasons Indoor Golf Club is our own five-bay public facility in south Kansas City — designed, built, and operated by this team, open every day. Everything we know about flow, durability, and what golfers want comes from operating it, not from theory.

As far as we know, we're the only simulator company in the metro that operates its own facility. It's the reason we can design the space, not just install the equipment.

03

Can you just consult, or do you have to do the whole build?

+

Either. We'll do the full design-and-build, or we'll consult on the things we learned the hard way — flow, durability, what breaks and why, what golfers want — while your own team executes the construction. We're happy to scale to whatever your project needs.

A lot of operators want the operating knowledge more than the labor. We're glad to pass it down whichever way works for you.

04

Is a commercial simulator better as a revenue source or an amenity?

+

Both work — it depends on your business. For bars, venues, and standalone facilities, simulators generate revenue per bay-hour. For clubs, gyms, hotels, and offices, they're an amenity that retains members and adds value. We design the space differently depending on which it is for you.

The vertical pages — country club, bar and restaurant, facility buildout — go deeper on each model.

05

Which launch monitor is best for commercial use?

+

The one that holds up under constant use and fits how the space earns. We install every major brand — Uneekor, Trackman, ProTee VX, Apogee, Foresight, Mevo+ — and commercial use changes the calculus, because durability and uptime matter more than they do at home. The price gap is still largely marketing, not accuracy.

We help you weigh it for your use case; more on the brands in our launch monitor comparison .
