We design the room around how it'll actually be used — bay count and spacing, sightlines, throughput, the path people take through the building, and what the room needs to feel like for the golfer. This is the part we learned by running our own facility, not by reading a spec sheet.
Built for daily public use, not a weekend at home — materials and finishes chosen where the wear actually happens, with the known failure points protected and made accessible. We self-perform the construction craft and manage the licensed trades for the rest.

Underneath the operating knowledge is thirty years of construction. The father has run custom-home and high-end finish work in Kansas City since 1995, and we self-perform the framing and finish craft while managing the trusted licensed trades (electrical, HVAC) the rest takes — one team accountable for the whole build. We build across the Kansas City metro , Columbia, and the Lake of the Ozarks.
