Where Thirty Years of Finish Work Shows
Not just a simulator.
A finished space.
Most simulator companies are AV guys who sub out the construction. We're construction guys who specialize in simulators — thirty years of finish carpentry in Kansas City homes, now focused on one kind of room. The difference shows up in the trim, the lighting, and whether the space still looks right three years later.
Custom Millwork + Finish Carpentry
Cabinetry, trim, and built-ins finished to the same standard as the rest of your home — the finish craft we self-perform, not hand off.
Integrated Tech + Clean Install
Launch monitor, projector, and screen wired and mounted clean. No exposed cable runs, no equipment you have to hide.
Lighting, Acoustics + Comfort
Lighting that won't wash out the projector, sound control that keeps the swing in the room, and HVAC that holds up year-round.
Built to Fit Your Home or Business
Basements, garages, new construction, commercial bays. We build around your space and how you actually use it.
Building golf simulator rooms across Kansas City, Columbia, and the Lake of the Ozarks — one team, accountable from framing to final trim.
Residential Golf Simulator Builds
Built for the way you live at home.
We've finished basements, converted garages, and built dedicated rooms into new construction across Kansas City. Same crew on every one, framing through final trim. Where the simulator goes depends on your house and how you want to use it — and most homes have more than one option.
Basement Builds
The most common build we do. Most KC basements have the height and the quiet a simulator wants — we handle the ductwork, lighting, and moisture before the equipment goes in.
Garage Conversions
Insulation, climate control, and a finished floor turn a garage into a year-round bay. We build it to stay usable in a Kansas City January.
Bonus Rooms + Additions
Bonus rooms, spare bedrooms, and dedicated additions. When we're in from the framing stage, we size the room to the swing instead of working around it.
Family / Entertainment Spaces
Seating, a bar, room for the people who aren't hitting. We build the space to host, not just to practice.
Designed around your home. Built around your game.

Why All Seasons
Built by craftsmen. Designed for golf.
We're a father-son team with thirty years of Kansas City finish carpentry behind us and a five-bay golf club we built and run ourselves. Real construction credentials and a working simulator facility under one roof — that combination is rare in this market, and it's the whole reason this company exists.
Father-Son Team
You deal with the owners, not a sales rep. The same two people who quote your build are on site running it.
Thirty Years of KC Construction
Framing, custom homes, and high-end remodels since 1995. The finish-carpentry standard comes from decades of work, not a weekend course.
A Working Five-Bay Club
We built and operate All Seasons Indoor Golf Club. We know how these rooms hold up because we run five of them every day.
Design + Build, Start to Finish
One crew from site visit to final calibration — framing, finishing, equipment, and setup. One schedule, one point of accountability.
They understood both the build quality and the golf side of the project.

Inside an All Seasons Build
What goes into a proper build.
A simulator is more than the equipment that goes in it. It's the room around it — the height, the light, the floor, and the finish work — and the order you do things in. Here's what goes into every build we do, and the process we follow to get it right.
Room Dimensions + Ceiling Height
We measure clearances, sightlines, and ceiling height first. Most KC basements work — we can tell you in five minutes if yours doesn't.
Screen + Projector Planning
Throw distance, screen size, and image quality dialed in for your exact room, so the picture is sharp and nothing sits in the swing path.
Launch Monitor + Technology
We help you pick the right unit for your game and budget, then wire and mount it clean. Brand-agnostic — we install whatever fits.
Flooring, Turf + Hitting Surface
Turf, subfloor, and hitting surface built for real swings — level, durable, and easy on the joints over a long session.
Lighting, Acoustics + Electrical
Lighting that won't wash out the projector, sound control that keeps the swing in the room, and dedicated circuits sized for the gear.
Custom Millwork, Finishes + Furniture
Cabinetry, trim, and built-ins finished to match the rest of your home — the finish craft we self-perform, start to finish.
Our Process. Built Around You.
Discovery + Room Review
We learn what you want from the room, walk the space, and answer your questions. No charge, no pressure.
Design + Proposal
A design and itemized proposal built around your space, your game, and your budget.
Equipment + Scope Finalized
We lock the equipment, scope, and timeline so there are no surprises mid-build.
Build + Installation
Our crew self-performs framing, finishing, and installation, and manages the licensed trades on one schedule.
Calibration + Final Walkthrough
We calibrate the system, walk you through everything, and don't leave until it's right.
Projects typically start around

Build times vary by complexity. Smaller projects can be up and running in about a week. Larger custom builds take longer — and they're worth the wait.
A clear process and quality work — rooms built to play in, at home.

FAQ
Golf Simulator Installation FAQs.
Planning a golf simulator for your home, office, lake house, or commercial space? Here are the questions we help Kansas City and Missouri clients work through before they build.
01 How much does a golf simulator installation cost in Kansas City?
+
Cost depends on the size of the space, the technology, how much construction the room needs, and the finishes. Simpler installs start around $20,000+; a fully finished room with custom millwork, lighting, flooring, seating, and top-tier equipment runs well beyond that.
We walk you through the full scope before you commit — equipment, room prep, installation, and the finish carpentry that makes the room feel done.
02 What's included in a custom golf simulator installation?
+
More than a screen and a launch monitor. A complete build can include room layout, ceiling-height review, impact screen, enclosure, projector, launch monitor, hitting mat, turf, flooring, wall and ceiling protection, lighting, electrical, connectivity, sound control, cabinetry, seating, and finish carpentry.
Our job is to bring the construction side and the golf side together so the room looks right, plays right, and fits how you'll actually use it.
03 How much space do I need for a home golf simulator?
+
Enough room for a full swing, ball flight, screen depth, projector placement, and safe movement around the hitting area. The exact dimensions depend on the golfer's height, swing, and whether both right- and left-handed players will use it.
We look at width, depth, and ceiling height together. A basement, garage, bonus room, or addition can all work — but we review the room before we recommend equipment.
04 What ceiling height do I need for a golf simulator?
+
One of the most important parts of the build. Most golfers are comfortable around 9 to 10 feet, but the right height depends on your swing, driver length, mat thickness, and the finished ceiling. Below 9 feet and we may recommend a different room.
We review your actual swing clearance and the room structure before recommending a layout — we can usually tell you in five minutes during a site visit.
05 Can you install a golf simulator in a basement?
+
Yes — basement builds are the most common residential project we do. Basements work well because they're often a dedicated space with controlled lighting and year-round usability.
The big factors are ceiling height, room depth, wall protection, flooring, lighting, and sound control. Some clients want a daily practice space; others want a full entertainment room with seating, cabinetry, and a bar.
06 Can you install a golf simulator in a garage?
+
Yes — a good option when the home doesn't have basement or interior space. Garage builds need extra attention to climate control, flooring, lighting, door clearance, electrical, and how the simulator coexists with vehicles.
We design a garage simulator that feels clean and intentional, not temporary or pieced together — built to stay usable in a Kansas City January.
07 Do you build golf simulators for lake houses or vacation homes?
+
Yes — we serve the Lake of the Ozarks and mid-Missouri alongside the Kansas City metro. Simulators fit lake homes well because they create a year-round space for family and guests when the weather doesn't cooperate.
For lake homes we think through guest use, durability, easy operation, seating, and a finished look that matches the rest of the property. Most lake builds finish in three or four days.
08 Do you handle both the construction and the golf simulator technology?
+
Yes — that's the whole reason this company exists. We're not an equipment seller, and we're not a general contractor figuring out the golf side after the fact.
Thirty years of KC finish carpentry plus a five-bay club we built and run ourselves means we plan the room, finishes, technology, safety, and playability together from the start.
