Where We Build
Golf Simulator Builds Across Kansas City & Missouri.
We design and build custom golf simulator rooms across the Kansas City metro and out to the Lake of the Ozarks, Central Missouri, and Southwest Missouri — and we consult on builds beyond our drive radius. Find your area below.

Kansas City Metro
Kansas City Metro areas we build.
Our showroom is in south Kansas City, so most of the metro is a short drive. We build across established neighborhoods and new construction alike — pick your area.
Kansas City .
The one market where the showroom is the neighborhood — our five bays sit at 103rd & State Line. An older Brookside basement and a Northland new build are different jobs, and we build both — basement, garage, or a stand-alone accessory building made for it.

Overland Park .
Johnson County's densest, most golf-serious market — Indian Hills, Hallbrook, the homes ringing Nicklaus Golf Club, and the tall-ceilinged new construction filling south OP. We retrofit established basements, integrate into new builds, and, on the bigger lots, build a detached room of its own.

Lee's Summit .
The southeast metro's growth engine on the Missouri side — a revived downtown, Lakewood and Raintree, and newer subdivisions marching toward Lake Winnebago. Some of the strongest newer basement stock anywhere in the metro, roughly 25–35 minutes from the showroom.

Leawood .
Acre for acre the most golf-saturated small city in the metro — Hallbrook, Leawood South, and the homes along the Tomahawk Creek corridor. The big lots here are why a detached room of its own is on the table as often as a basement.

Olathe .
The biggest, most spread-out suburb in Johnson County — gated golf at Cedar Creek, new construction marching out the K-7 corridor in Boulder Hills and Stone Pillar, and older central neighborhoods that ask for a retrofit. About 20–30 minutes from the showroom.

Lenexa .
A Johnson County city in the middle of reinventing itself — the new Lenexa City Center downtown anchoring a fast-growing west side, with established neighborhoods holding the east. Falcon Valley, Canyon Creek, and Quail Creek anchor the build map. About 20–25 minutes from the showroom.

Liberty .
Clay County, north up I-35: red-brick blocks around the courthouse square coexist with the east-side subdivisions stretching toward Shoal Creek. We retrofit the older homes near William Jewell and drop clean rooms into the newer Northland builds.

Parkville .
Platte County above the Missouri River bluffs — The National, Riss Lake, and Thousand Oaks, with English Landing's riverfront downtown below. Higher-end newer homes on generous lots, where a dedicated room or a stand-alone accessory building earns its keep.
Golf simulator builds in Parkville →
Blue Springs .
Eastern Jackson County, straight east on I-70 past Adams Pointe and Lake Remembrance. Much of the south-side housing went up recently with deep basements and the headroom a full swing wants — so the builds out here tend to go in clean.

Lake of the Ozarks
Lake of the Ozarks areas we build.
Second homes and lake houses across the Lake. Most builds happen in the off-season while the house is empty — we handle the drive and the schedule.
Osage Beach .
The resort heart of the lake — condos and villas along the Parkway, single-family lake homes off the Grand Glaize and the main channel. Condos get built inside the footprint and association rules; lake homes can take a detached building made for the swing.

Sunrise Beach .
The west side near the Hurricane Deck bridge — single-family lake homes tucked into quiet coves, not condo rows. Private lots leave room for a detached building made for the swing, and the work happens while the house is closed up.

Camdenton .
The lake's year-round town — Camden County seat at the south end, near the Niangua arm and Ha Ha Tonka State Park. A real full-time population means a lot of these are daily-use rooms, not amenities that wake up twice a summer.

Four Seasons .
The resort-and-golf pocket on Horseshoe Bend, with courses like The Cove and Witch's Cove — a heavy mix of condos and single-family lake homes. Condos build inside the unit and the association rules; lake homes on their own lots can take a building made for the swing.

Gravois Mills .
The rural north shore up the Gravois arm, near Lake of the Ozarks State Park — and the closest stretch of the lake to us, roughly two hours from KC. Secluded single-family homes on big lots, with the shortest drive we make to the water.

Warsaw .
Where Truman Lake meets the upper end of the Osage — lake and retirement homes, and the closest Lake-area drive from Kansas City.

Central Missouri
Central Missouri areas we build.
Columbia, Jefferson City, and the towns along the US-63 corridor. A couple hours from Kansas City, and the drive is on us.
Columbia .
A Mizzou town where half the owners are alumni who came back — older retrofits near campus, and newer south-and-east lots big enough for a basement build or a detached building made for it. Two hours east of our Kansas City shop on I-70.
Golf simulator builds in Columbia →
Jefferson City .
Missouri's capital on the river, with a steady government-and-professional homeowner base — historic homes near the Capitol that retrofit carefully against newer subdivisions to the south and west. Roughly two-and-a-half hours east of our Kansas City shop.
Golf simulator builds in Jefferson City →
Ashland .
A fast-growing US-63 commuter town between Columbia and Jefferson City, where newer homes sit on larger, semi-rural lots — room for a detached building made for the simulator, not just a finished basement. Two to two-and-a-quarter hours east of our Kansas City shop.

Southwest Missouri
Southwest Missouri areas we build.
Springfield, Joplin, and Branson — the far edge of our build radius. For the right project, we make the trip and plan the build tight.
Springfield .
The biggest city in southwest Missouri and the outer edge of our build radius — close to three hours south of the Kansas City showroom. We don't pretend that's close; we plan a Springfield job tight, run it in concentrated stretches, and the road is our problem, not yours.
Golf simulator builds in Springfield →
Joplin .
Missouri's far southwest corner, where I-44 meets I-49 — and the shortest haul of any town we build down here, around two and a half hours from the Kansas City showroom. A lot of newer homes already have the basement a swing needs; the older neighborhoods take more planning. We sort out which yours is, and we cover the road.
Golf simulator builds in Joplin →
Branson .
A Table Rock Lake town built on visitors, about three hours south of the Kansas City showroom. The strongest play here is a stand-alone building with a simulator inside — an all-weather draw that makes a short-term rental jump off the listing and gives a lake house a reason to get used in any season. We cover the drive; you get a room built to run itself.

Beyond Missouri
Design & consultancy, past our build radius.
We build across Missouri and Kansas. Past that, we consult. If you're planning a facility or a serious build outside our drive radius, we'll help you design it and spec it right — drawing on thirty years of construction and the five bays we built and run ourselves.
Consult-only projects
- Room and facility design — clearances, ceiling height, screen and projector planning.
- Brand-agnostic equipment guidance — the right launch monitor for the goal and budget.
- Build planning and spec review so your local crew builds it right the first time.
